Cpethink.com will not distribute, sell, or give a user's information to any other parties for any reason subject to the following exceptions:
1. Where required by law or legal process.
2. Where required by a national or state board responsible for verifying credit hours.

Refunds

You may request a refund of your payments within 100 days of your purchase, less shipping and handling charges, and subject to the return of any products received or final exams successfully completed.   We may, in our sole discretion, grant refund requests thereafter on a case-by-case basis.

Record Retention

Cpethink.com will retain completed course and exam records for a minimum of 5 years or a period specified by the local, regional, or national board governing the holders license, whichever is greater.  To accomplish this, per NASBA requirements, the records must contain the following: (1) program outline/materials; (2) records of participation; (3) date(s) and location(s) of presentation(s) or period during which program was available for purchase; (4) number of credits earned by participants; (5) results of program evaluations; (6) instructors, discussion leaders or program authors names and credentials; and (7) pilot testing results, for self-study programs, which includes date of pilot test; the target participant population; how the sample participants were selected; names, addresses, telephone numbers and job resumes of sample participants; a summary of participants’ actual completion time and the calculation of the recommended CPE credit.  Uncompleted courses and exams will be retained for a period to be determined by Cpethink.com based on system resources and costs but not less than 1 year.

Program Cancellation

Cpethink.com may cancel a program, course, or exam without notice.  If a user is taking a program, course, or exam that is canceled by Cpethink.com the user is entitled to a full refund (see Refunds) plus a 50% discount on a program, course, or exam of the same or lesser value.  In the case of a subscription the user is entitled to a pro-rata refund or discount to be determined solely by Cpethink.com.

Complaints

Open Live Chat, Send Us An Email or call (888) CPE-0CPE which is (888) 273-0273 for complaints and ask for Tad Stephens.  All valid complaints will be addressed and every effort will be taken to resolve the complaint to the user’s satisfaction.  In all cases the action taken to resolve the complaint shall be determined solely by Cpethink.com.

Program Updates

Program, course, and exam content will be reviewed and updated annually by the original author or a qualified professional to ensure the content remains current and technically accurate.  Some reviews or updates may be carried out more frequently as required by local, regional, or national governing boards.
