| What does it mean when an exam is expired? |
Normally it means it has been more than a year since the course was purchased or selected under a subscription after which it is a NASBA requirement that the exam become inaccessible. In some cases it will happen when a user is currently under a second, third, etc. version of a subscription and the course was selected under a previous subscription; this is a common situation as well. There have been a few situations that were unique due to what was going on at the time the users account was created or the course was selected or when we were updating our site software. In all situations we can get the course added to your account pretty fast, usually in a few hours but always within a day. Just give us a call (888-273-0273) or send an Email to support(at)cpethink.com and we will take care of it.
