Emotional Intelligence is an important skill that should be used by all practice owners and practitioners. How we handle our emotions will have a direct impact on how well we handle problems encountered during a workday. Emotional intelligence will have a direct impact, either positive or negative, when delivering services to your clients. This course will describe how both practice owners and individual practitioners can use emotional intelligence to successfully lead their practice, work more effectively with office staff, and to deliver professional services to clients.
