QAS state boards (Florida, Minnesota, Mississippi, Oregon, South Carolina and Tennessee) accept only our QAS courses which are identified on all our course lists by a "QAS" value in the QAS column. Or to see a list of our QAS courses click here.  

As always participating state boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.  If you have any questions or are unsure please check with your state board whose web site can be found on our Boards and Associations page.
