| I completed the final exam but the grade still shows zero on the Course History page? |
1. Open your exam back up by clicking the Take Exam link and start the exam in either a new window or the current window. 2. Click the Review Questions button at the top of the window of any question. 3. Unmark any questions marked for review which is indicated by a red dot next to the question. 4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Continue button. 5. Follow the links or buttons at the bottom of the pages that follow. If the Continue button was grayed out it is because a question was marked for review.
